It will be a barrel aged coffee stout. We are in the process of ordering materials for the brew so the recipe may change depending on available ingredients but this is the recipe as of now if you want to play with it. I think it was set to around 65-68% efficiency in beersmith.

(for 5 gal batch)

13 lbs Pale Malt - 2 Row (Cargill) (2.0 SRM) 75.9 %
1 lbs 6.0 oz Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) 8.0 %
1 lbs Chocolate (Briess) (350.0 SRM) 5.8 %
12.0 oz Roasted Barley (Simpsons) (550.0 SRM) 4.4 %
9.0 oz De-Bittered Black Malt (Dingemans) (550.0 SRM) 3.3 %
7.0 oz Caramel Malt - 120L (Briess) (120.0 SRM) 2.6 %

Mash @ 155F for 60 min

1.00 oz Nugget [13.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 30.6 IBUs
0.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 5.0 IBUs
0.50 oz Willamette [5.50 %] - Boil 0.0 min Hop 0.0 IBUs

Yeast: S-04

2 oz Ground Sumatran coffee at flameout
2 oz Ground Kona coffee cold brewed, added at bottling
2.5 oz Dark bittersweet baker's chocolate at 15 mins.
1.5 oz Unsweetened chocolate baking nibs at 15 mins.

Since I won't be there for the Big Brew, I will make a version of it at home.

Minor update to the recipe. We will be using Bravo instead of Nugget, so if anyone is tinkering with the recipe please adjust accordingly

I can brew 5 or 10 gal. Let me know which you need. I prefer 5 gal but will do either.

So here is where we are at right now for the barrel brew this Saturday:

Kenny Purcell 5 gallons
Sky Buttrum 5 gallons
Brandon Lancaster 5 gallons
John Dippel 5 gallons
Michael Julian 10 gallons
Dwayne Delaney 5 gallons
Chris Norrick 5 gallons
Taylor Brummett 5 gallons
RyanJasonRustyChad 5 gallons
Cesar Gonzalez 5 gallons

We have a total of 55 gallons committed. last year we did 105 gallons, so it's definitely not too late to get on board if you have been on the fence about it.

I could probably do 10 gallons of needed. As long as my mash tun will hold all the grain. (10 gallon cooler)
Let me know

There is a chance that I may have to run into work, so I can't commit to a full brew. I will be around to be a "gopher" or whatever though.

The more the merrier Nathan!

Brandon, BeerSmith says I should be able to fit 21 lbs grain bill in a 10 gallon cooler at 1.25 qt/lb with half a gallon to spare. The recipe is going to be 17.125 lbs for a 5 gallon batch, so a 10 gallon batch is 34.25lbs. I use a 10 gallon cooler too and I think that is going to be too much for my cooler so I'm just doing a 5 gallon batch, but if you think you can pull 10 gallons by all means go for it!

do we need to bring a carboy or anything to drain out wort into? Is there any additional equipment we may need?

I spoke with someone at the barrel brew about cutting the top out of a keg. We both got busy and didn't exchange contact info... If there is still some interest in just post and we can work out the details...
